Crowns

A dental crown is used to restore a tooth that has a large filling, or that has been fractured or had a root canal. Crowns can be made from various materials. A crown is of course very useful for strengthening a weakened tooth, but it is also valued for its appearance.

Designing a dental crown with CEREC (CAD/CAM) technology
At Clinique dentaire Bossé Marois, we use CEREC (CAD/CAM) technology to provide precise, natural-looking and durable crowns, while making your treatment simpler.

The process starts with a digital impression of your tooth taken with an intraoral camera. This modern method replaces traditional impressions and gives a very accurate image of your teeth, quickly and comfortably.

With CAD/CAM (computer-aided design and manufacturing), the crown is then designed digitally to fit your tooth perfectly, in shape, bite and appearance. Once the design is approved, the crown is made on site from a block of high-quality ceramic.

This approach often makes it possible to complete the crown in a single visit, which means fewer appointments and no temporary crown. The result is a strong, precise, natural-looking restoration that blends perfectly into your smile.

Our priority is to offer you modern, efficient and comfortable care, with a lasting, attractive result.
